These pair of locking stainless steel wrist cuffs that function similar to handcuffs. It has very smooth edges and super quality polish. These shackles are hinged on one side and they can be locked with a padlock. Lock both shackles together with a padlock and they work like handcuffs. (1 Padlock is included) Use a piece of chain to connect the two and you have wrist shackles. Or you could only wear one of them as a decorative bracelet. There are quite a few different ways these could be used.
